Flapper Tag

Ok, so I'm trying to do vintage for a swap I'm a part of. I have 15 tags to do and this is the first. I'm not sure it really counts as vintage... but she is a flapper. . .
Unfortunetly I don't remember and didn't document where I got this darling image from :(
The 1920s was cut on my cricut and the brown is two bread ties that came stuck together, I inked them up and strung a ribbon from my stash.
